I founded Cultivate to offer a different kind of support—one that honors both the challenges of modern life and the deep, timeless wisdom found in Taoist teachings, especially those of Laozi and Zhuangzi.
Through years of practice in acupuncture, coaching, and contemplative study, I’ve learned that sustainable transformation is subtle. Like water carving stone, it takes time, trust, and a return to natural rhythms.
