Like many of the people I work with, I’ve experienced seasons of transition—times when the path ahead asked me to change direction, slow down, or listen more deeply to what truly mattered. For me, that shift wasn’t just about career—it was about how I could be of more meaningful service in the world.

I spent over 25 years working as a creative director, brand strategist, and consultant—helping businesses tell their stories with clarity and integrity. But along the way, something in me began to stir. I felt drawn toward something more integrative, more human, and more healing.

That led me to study Classical Chinese Medicine and begin a new chapter as a practitioner. While treating patients in clinic, I quickly realized that much of the work I loved most was about presence, coaching, and helping people reconnect with themselves. I wasn’t just working with symptoms—I was holding space for transformation.

This reminded me of my earlier work: asking questions, identifying goals, mapping a path forward. Whether in a design studio or a wellness clinic, the heart of it was the same—helping people align with what’s true for them.

So, I chose to integrate my worlds. I became a certified coach, deepening my focus on personal and professional transitions, and combining everything I’ve learned—creatively, energetically, and professionally—into a grounded, collaborative coaching practice.

That’s how Cultivate was born. It’s a space where all of my experience meets your unfolding journey—supporting you with structure, softness, and steady encouragement as you reconnect with your own path forward.
